video speed technique

to learn from videos if you have movavi video editor, first slow fiveo to 50 percent, set voice to very high the highest voice setting.

then save the video, then load that slowed down video into movavi and set the voice speed to high the second highest voice speed. save the video.

now load that second video into movavi video editor and set the video speed to 130 percent, and set the voice to low not the lowest voice. save this then your done.

i think systems like tesla cameras have to identify hazards at varying speeds like i described above for the sw to id hazards.

right now the tesla cameras use stereoscopic cameras and real time video and sometimes the auto pilot fails.

but if that same video was slowed down then sped up the same sw might id a hazard.
