Narrative: Scrooge does not like being old. He wants to be young again.

An extremely mad scientist who needs to acquire lots and lots of money for his experiments.
Narrative: Mad scientist convinces Scrooge he has found a way to make Mr Scrooge young again using one of his latest inventions.
Meet: The Consciousness Projector
Narrative: This invention will be used to make Mr Scrooge young again. But there is a catch Mr Mad Scientist fails to mention.

Gameplay:
from here the voice of john hurt will guide you through the hilarious adventure of scrooge being stuck in a babies body. you will solve many challenges and see the world through the eyes of a baby with a voice of scrooge making hilarious remarks about the situation he is stuck in. scrooges ultimate goal.... return to his normal body.

but this idea will contain both stationary experiences and slow moving crawling like locomotion experiences

it really puts you into that world of "presence" in a way that is both creative and makes sense. because (well you know) you would be controlling a baby that can only crawl...
