where is the download folder?

Hi..... I have created a painting using Vermillion VR painting. I then saved the painting to 'downloads'. it wasn't in my laptop's download folder so i 'googled'. that told me the 'painting' would have been saved to my meta quest 2's download folder within the headset but i'll  be blowed if i can find this  download folder..... can someone point me in the right direction.......HUGE thanks....... Dug
