Who wants to be violent in VR?? Do you think people will want to do the fantasy in real life?

It won't be any different than TV, Movies, and other video games where you do all those things already.  Violence in VR is the same as Violence in video games as far as I'm concerned.  People that actually want to do those things in real life were already screwed in the head anyway and would do it with or without violent vr.

Wanting to see what it's like to hurt animals just makes you a piece of sh*t that's all....

Someone has been watching Westworld a little too religiously. Wanting to "experience" these things in VR solely because those acts "seem fun" is just a step away from escalating to the real thing once that gets boring. I second what was already said or inferred...you need help.

He's basically talking about gta5 in vr, the ability to do some things in game that irl would be fucked up. For example, hiring a whore, doing the nasty, and killing her for your money back. Or even just shooting someone. As previously stated, if you have the propensity to explore these things irl, you've gotta already be messed up. If you're normal, it's just like watching a horror movie with gore willingly, people love the shock factor. How many shock jock radio douche-bags have made how much money, by coming up with offensive shit?

I used to use xfire to find online servers, they have some cool modifiers. I clearly remember juggling my bro in law by crouching getting close and kicking him 50+ feet in the air and shooting at him while he's falling and trying to shoot back and avoid my next kick, that shit was hilarious. Pretty sure it was in a low gravity mod server. Too bad postal 3 was crap, 30+gbs of polished shit. It was because runs with scissors handed it to another dev team, RWS is actually trying to make their own legit non shitty postal 3 now, maybe it'll even have vr integration if it ever comes out.

No, i have no desire, why would I. Everyone and everything does the best they can with what they have physically and mentally. Doesn't mean i don't get angry sometimes, it just that there just no reason to hate anything when all the things that cause us to be angry aren't actually the person's/thing's fault, like hating a lion for killing a zebra or hating a women for not selecting you when she is simply programmed to go for what she feels (what she is programmed to feel) is best.
