Why is it so hard to get unbanned

I got permanently banned because my friend thought it was funny to change my name to something bad and I got banned because u can only change it ever 6 months and a few before that another friend who i am not friends with anymore spam reported my account and a few other accounts and meta is being super difficult to get it unbanned
