Why!? Private message!?!

Why every time I see someone ask a question on here, you'll see a developer or moderator say "Sure I'll be able to help you, just send me a private message and we can get this situated"..like Why not just answer the dang question in the forum instead of typing all that about sending a private message and doing it thru there where no one else with the same problem can see what the solution is!?!?! UGGHHH

    Sometimes it's necessary to give personal data to solve a problem.....then it will done via PM.

    You probably also don't want your account data spread in the forum😉

      Exactly. Personal problems are solved by sharing personal data. Nobody should be sharing personal (private) data publicly. Hence, private messages.

    I think the problem lies in 'Not having the same question that has been asked over and over again...finally answered'.  I noticed the same thing multiple times in regards to Suspended Accounts. 

    It would cut down on a lot of redundant forum posts if solutions were announced.  People just want answers.

    So they can avoid addressing the issue with as little people knowing as possible
