Why such limited Window handling on Horizon OS?

When are they going to fix the window handling on Horizon OS and let us place windows how we want? v81 now lets us have up to 12 windows open, but we still cannot properly place the windows in the orientation we want. Being forced to use windows that auto-tilt is a joke. We should be able to adjust the windows however we want.

On top of that, why can we only grab windows by some hidden spot a cm past the edge of the window? It is awkward as hell. The controllers have grab buttons, just let us point anywhere on the window and use the grab button.
