X-37B - Super Secret Air Force spacecraft speculation

Alrighty then.. give me a moment to put on my tin foil hat from REI..

Ok, there we go. Now the NSA cannot hack into my brain, so I can post in safety now. It looks like the Air Force will be, once again, testing the X-37B spacecraft, and some unclassified features are:

- Xeon ionized thrusters (NASA's Ion drive which came out of testing awhile ago)
- Deep space testing of various materials

With the theoretical speed limit of using a Xeon based ion propulsion system of 1/3 the speed of light (if the ship doesn't weigh anything.. oh, wait, we're in space).. could they be flying a classified mission to the AF Moon Base, or even perhaps Mars? Did Curiosity find something, well, curious?

Of course, since manned missions to Mars are currently slated for the next presidency, navigation and communication are very necessary for our species to be able to live off planet, so it could be that this mission, if its planned to go to Mars, could be laying the groundwork for a GPS satellite system around Mars.

Of course, it is always best, and easier, to build spacecraft in, well, space.. so there is that too.

So what say all of you tinfoilhatteries?
