We can see that you are having trouble updating your headset, and we would love to help! We understand how frustrating it is when the security video on your headset keeps looping and affects your overall VR experience. We would suggest trying to restart your headset, and just a few more things to think about like making sure your play area is nice and bright, and that there are no reflective surfaces around. Also, make sure there's plenty of space between the headset cameras and controllers.
If the problem persists, please try:
- Unpairing and re-pairing your controllers.
- Cleaning the headset cameras
- Clearing and redrawing your play area boundary.
