: "The Meta Quest 2 again

screen moves/jitters nonstop after working fine for a few minutes. Sometimes it stops, then the screen shrinks like a glitch and starts moving again

    Hey sha09dy1,

    We know bugs like this can really stop you from being able to lock in, so we're here to help!

    First of all, please perform a hard reboot on your Quest 2:
     

    1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
    2. If the boot-up sound is not heard:
      1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
      2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
      3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

    If that doesn't help, we'd recommend you Clear your Boundary History (Settings > Environment setup > Boundary > Clear boundary history.)
    You can also Clear your Physical Space History. 

    Press Meta button/ Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.

    1. Select Library, then select Settings.
    2. Select Privacy and safety then select Device permissions.
    3. Select Clear next to Clear physical space history.

    If your display is still moving about after that, just send us a DM and we'll help you investigate this further.

      Hello, I have tried all methods and reset it from time to time. Is it possible? 7The problem is that there is no maintenance in my region, Saudi Arabia. I spoke with customer service and told them that the warranty had expired. I have no problem paying money to repair it. They told me that there is no coverage for my region. I hope that you can find a solution for me.

        We get that you have already reached out to our customer care and haven't been able to get a solution for your stuttering display. Further, as you mentioned, we'd like to inform you that at this time, Saudi Arabia isn't a supported country for repairs or warranty.  If you think that further troubleshooting is required in order to fix your display, we can surely help with that.
