2.1 FOV Reduction
Fov got reducted a lot, now it feels as if im wearing googles or a kind of industrial visor

What do you mean, FOV got reduced? It's still the same. The field of view is a physical aspect of the screens and lenses. It cannot be reduced....or expanded either. It stays the same. Are you talking about something specific like an app or a game?
Ik, thats what i mean when i say is a strange feeling. Its lke if the cameras are capturing less field of view. Like if before were at wide angle, and now if feels like normal angle.
Could be face placement and/or IPD adjustment. If your eyes are farther from the lens and/or IPD is set to narrow these may reduce your FOV.
