2FA code not available

I am texting this from my newly made account for this issue specifically because i am not able to log in to my old one neither on my phone nor my PC. My old account is a standalone Meta account without connections to Instagram or Facebook.

I recently have changed my phone to a new one due to old one breaking without any chance of recovery. That leads to me not being able to provide a 2FA code that is needed to log in to my old account because there is no Meta account on authenticator app on the new phone.

Is there any way to recover that account?
