Go in to the audio settings on the headset and see if you can adjust it. 🤞

OK, so that's not working for you. Apparently there used to be a drop down menu with more advanced audio options but they decided to take that away. 🤷. Try restarting your headset. While you're wearing it hold down the side button and you'll see a menu to power off, restart or cancel. Choose restart. Then check again and also if it's affecting all apps or just some. For example try the YouTube app, Spotify, the TV app and see how it sounds. If some are OK and others are muffled it might be an app problem.  If nothing works, contact support. Good luck! Oh, and just in case make sure there's no plastic protective cover on the speaker outlets. Sometimes it can be difficult to see!
