4 Serial Numbers and none working?

So this usually started because i had a trial of Green Hell with 30 mins left, Quest 3s told me - No, You dont have any trial time left.
Then i wanted to go Meta Support like it told in the Popup to maybe become my real 30 Mins playtime - No, Give us your Serial Number/Order ID/or Email you bought it with.
Now i have 4 Serial Numbers, One is on the Headset, then the Controller Ones, On my Box are 2, One on top of another. None of them worked in the Site where i should put them in, Order ID No idea because i got mine off Amazon from META. No Idea what to do now

        You have to contact support somehow, right?

        The serial number doesn't work, so I suggest you go that route.🤷‍♀️  

        Alternatively, you can send a PM MetaStoreHelp​  here in the forum.

        Click on their name, then click the "message" button.

         

        Also..... I thought, you're having a problem with the game, not with your headset.
        Sorry, if I misunderstood you.🙃
