A strange white light came on while my Quest 3S was charging.
Hello, everyone! I have a question about my Meta Quest 3S. Tonight, I put my headset on charge because I noticed that the battery was low, but I also noticed that after a while, the charging indicator light changed from orange to white and the lenses activated. Not knowing what this meant, I got a little worried about the health of my headset, so please, can anyone give me some answers? Thank you! (:
The white light means it's powered on..... you said the lenses were activated, so it was definetely on.🙃
If the headset is in sleepmode and something comes near the proximity sensor, the Quest will turn on. Just hold your finger near the sensor and the same thing will happen.
If the light isn't blinking, turns off after a while and the headset is working as it should, I would not worry about that.
