Account access

Hello! I can't log in to my Meta account. Two-factor authentication is enabled on it, but access to google authenticator is lost. Recovery codes are not suitable. I can't fill out the online support form. When confirming the device, when I enter the email or serial number of the device, I recieve a message that the device has not been found. In order to create this message, I had to register an additional Meta account, as there was no other way to contact technical support.
