Account age verification issue, not listed on support page, MY ACCOUNT IS IN DANGER.

(ACCOUNT IS IN DANGER) HERES THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME:

"Hi Ali, To make sure you can keep using this account, we'll need you to show you're 13 or older, or ask a parent to get you into an account meant for someone 10-12. Be sure to take action by July 7 or this account will stop working and you'll lose access to apps and games."
i did the payment verification, it worked, then it told me give device code (i have a quest 3) i put on my headset, started it up, logged in, nothing on my screen, then i refreshed the device code page that didnt do anything so i clicked "not you?" in hopes it would log me out so then i could log back in to retrigger the device code but when i logged in it took me to the account center page, i went back to the email and clicked the link again, it took me to the account center page, i dont know if my account's gonna stop working since i did the age verify by payment but not the device code and after that, and i dont know where to contact support from email or live chat so i came here for help, ive had this account since 2022, please help.

  • I have had this exact same issue. I never did enter the device code, but I did enter my credit card and it got billed 99 cents in order to verify my account. 

    How do I know if my account is safe now or not?

    Both verification methods are not working properly, the country of my credit card is not listed, and uploading my ID is not working, I am 47 years old and found no justification for Meta to block my account for nothing.. daily I am sending to Meta Store support feedback about this matter but daily I am getting my account will be suspended on 29th of Augustโ€ฆ I have already purchased some appsโ€ฆ

  • Same issue. I'm almost 60 and have tried uploading my drivers license, submitted the $1 transaction to my credit card and still get these non-stop emails that have NO RESOLUTION. How is this fixed! Going to "Get support" does nothing. Safety Center says "you're in good standing" but emails say I'm about to be restricted.

  • That "here" link takes me to "Meta Store Help" and the "website" link takes me to  "Contact Meta Store". There is no "Customer Support".  I've spent weeks going in circles. I don't know why this is so hard to resolve. I've provided my drivers license, my email, my credit card number, my birth day, home address - what more can you want? Why can't we email? Meta emails me every other day.
