Account age verification issue, not listed on support page, MY ACCOUNT IS IN DANGER.

"Hi Ali, To make sure you can keep using this account, we'll need you to show you're 13 or older, or ask a parent to get you into an account meant for someone 10-12. Be sure to take action by July 7 or this account will stop working and you'll lose access to apps and games."
i did the payment verification, it worked, then it told me give device code (i have a quest 3) i put on my headset, started it up, logged in, nothing on my screen, then i refreshed the device code page that didnt do anything so i clicked "not you?" in hopes it would log me out so then i could log back in to retrigger the device code but when i logged in it took me to the account center page, i went back to the email and clicked the link again, it took me to the account center page, i dont know if my account's gonna stop working since i did the age verify by payment but not the device code and after that, and i dont know where to contact support from email or live chat so i came here for help, ive had this account since 2022, please help.
