I'm trying to be visible online to my friends but seems that my account results always offline I have tryed to change every social option inside the quest3 but nothing change.
Also I have tryied to request support from the support portal but when I try to identify the device the serial that I see printed on it is not accepted as valid and I can't proceed with the direct contact request
