I unknowingly enabled two-factor authentication on my quest account. Now I need a second level of authentication when I log in, but I don't know what it is. Now I can't log in. I don't know how to solve it. I can't contact META official customer service. I contacted someone who seemed to be official but they ignored me. How should I solve this problem urgently?
