Account disabled
My child's account as been disabled so can't get on his games or the money on the account we have spent money kn the games and they are all lost how is this right

Don't know just says disabled and no were to speak to anyone about it
OK, you can contact support at the link below Store Support Team. Maybe there was a reason for it or it might well be a mistake. Hopefully they will be able to help you. Good luck! I know it's very frustrating.
