Account recovery problems for email

Hello, i have a problem. In order to log in to my account, i need to enter a security code that is sent to a no longer working email address. I don't know how to change is to send it to a new email adress, because now my facebook and Meta accounts are blocked. I lost my password or will it be restored. Is there avy way i can change the email address i entered or is there any way i can contact Meta to sort out this misunderdtanding. Thank you for your attention.  I would like the responsible persons to respond to my problems.
