Account recovery

I can't log into my Oculus account since it says either that email/password is wrong or wants to send me a SMS code which I am not receiving for ages.
Yes the email and password are correct, yes the mobile phone is also correct, how I know? I have **bleep**ing access to my account on the VR headset itself. Why can I not make any changes to my account from the VR??? 

Anyway, after spending 4 hours trying to somehow contact support, I learned there is no support... And that I had to log into the account I lost access to to recover the said account so behold, I created account number 2 to recover account number 1 cuz logic yes, very smart.
