account-side authentification broken - "Unable to authenticate with Mothership" (Error 9999)

Question

I tried everything but every game with authentification (Like gorilla tag or orion drift)

gives me the error:

"Unable to authenticate with Mothership

Reason: responce is empty / malformed

Error Code: 9999"

is there any way to fix this without factry resetting my quest?

Playfab servers seem fine.

Clear the app data cache or reinstall the game.

If the same error occurs on several games, it might be a server issue.
Maybe just wait a bit before doing a factory reset.

Its like in every game that uses playfab for authentification and its been for three days
