Account suspension
My child has had his profile suspended saying they believe he is under 13 which he is as i set up child account for him as he is 10 and says i have to confirm his age but when i do it says its wrong so wondering if i inputted it incorrectly is there anyway of finding out or confirming age any other way before his account is deleted

Go to Family Centre on the web. Select your child, scroll down and click "Manage Meta Account"
