Account verification furstration

Hi

I am trying to join the Meta account, but I’m stuck in a loop. Every time I attempt to create my account using my Outlook email, I am asked for a video selfie. Despite following the instructions perfectly, the system immediately rejects the creation.

I am a real user and just want to get my profile set up. Could a moderator please help me escalate this for a manual review?
