Add Ukrainian language to Meta Horizon OS (or keyboard layout at least)

Greetings!

 

Many of you know what is happening in my country. And many of my friends and acquaintances have become owners of Quest headsets, looking for a little peace in virtual worlds. Its have allowed us to unite different parts of our country and support each other. And although many of us know English, we still communicate in our native Ukrainian, but due to the lack of a Ukrainian layout in the headset, we are unable to write messages to each other in our own language.

 

I understand that adding a whole new localization language can be a difficult and complex task, so I ask you to add at least a Ukrainian layout to the list of available ones in Meta Horizon OS to allow us to communicate freely.

 

Thank you Meta for your products and I hope that this request will be heard.

    Can we get Traditinal Chinese input keyboard too.

    I am Taiwanese, maybe we will need it in near future.

    +1, I also own a Quest 2, and the fact that there is no Ukrainian language in the virtual keyboard layouts upset me, because I want to communicate with friends using the headset, but I have to take it off my head and put it on the bed or table, and then pick up the phone to write a few messages, it's very inconvenient.

      Same problem with Turkish though English is fine for me. Don't hold your breath my friend..Neither of our locations are in the list of supported countries so it's unlikely we will get it until such time that we are added to the supported list. Hopefully it will happen soon, though we could be waiting years. Maybe they could at least add a keyboard in the meantime. Good luck.

    Totally agreed. We need it as its essential to us. Further more Meta Horizon app switches to russian automatically while there is no chance to force it to english...
