Adding profiles
I was trying to add my brother to my vr and he's made an account etc but it pops up saying something went wrong when I go to add a profile I don't know what to do

Put on the headset, you might find that his profile has actually been added despite the error message.
If not, are you using the phone app? Try using the option to share a link via email, then open the link sent in the email, preferably on a PC, and then add the profile via the web page that opens up.
