After updating to the v85 firmware, the media player and the browser have issues

When playing VR videos from the TV app in the media player, as soon as I look down, the entire screen becomes full of artifacts, and screen tearing also occurs.

In the browser, screen tearing occurs whenever I scroll the webpage.
