Age Verification Not Working
Hi,
I keep getting notifications to verify my age before my account is suspended, however I am not getting any prompts to upload my licence.
How do I go about verifying my age?

If you don't have the chat option in that link, you must use VPN set to the US to see it...... I just learned yesterday that this option isn't available to all countries😕
My 10 year old's account got deleted. How do I recover the games I purchased?
FieryTapir9624 are you talking about your old Oculus account that wasn't migrated to a Meta account in time? Deadline was March, 2024.
If so, you have to search for emails from Meta.......
They sent warning emails about account deletions and also one with a recovery code if you missed/ignored the deadline.
If you can't find the mail with the code anymore, you are most likely out of luck and have to rebuy the games.
