Age verification

A few days sgo i got a Gmail from meta and it said "You have to verify your age or Your account Will be suspended and You Will lose access to all your Games" and i said "well no problem i Will verify My age because i'm more than 13" Guess what? YES THE LINK THEY SEND ME DON'T WORK AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING TO CONTACT THE CLIENT SUPPORT WICH YOU CONTACT IF IS NOT A "DEVICE ERROR" LIKE NO, IM GONNA LOSE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THEM.

 

Please someone help MEE i don't want to loose the access to My Games😢

    Considering what is said on meta Horizons, I don't understand how age verification works. Hearing kid's saying every word they ever heard. Put in with adult's trying to avoid them, tell them it's wrong only for the brat to scream N louder or the creepy roblox sort cheering them on, wanting to pull them into those closed off question seating areas. Make kid accounts, adult accounts. It doesn't work for youtube but it it helps some.

      You are preaching to the choir🤷‍♂️. In the past, a lot of kids bypassed parental controls by creating adult accounts using false birthdates. That is why the kids are out of control. Now, proper age verification is required, and that is why people like the OP are getting caught out 😉. They are technically breaching the Community Standards and could have their accounts banned. To the OP: your link probably doesn't work because you missed the deadline.

        Are you kidding me? Got the same message when my kid used Roblox on my device. No way to authenticate with bank because my country is not listed and I would never trust meta with my ID. This threatening to remove access for the applications that I have payed money for should be illegal.

    Yes, I have three oculus devices, and each of my accounts have flagged, me, the father and facebook owner of my own account, which I already proved on that server/service. It took me forever since it wanted my ID in 1500x definition, like a quality of a screensaver, while an ID is LITERALLY 500x max. Just what is these services actually providing. Thanks for the post, I will keep this updated while I struggle through customer service (cx).

    PS>Wow, I have quote and have photos and emojis here, you trying to get us to communicate or something, because your Meta Device app and PC connection sucks on Meta?

    *Meta, if you respond, how about you link me to get in touch with a real client of these servers or and actual tested "appeals" program, since emails aren't effective links.

    I’m having this same issue too! I let my little brother use my oculus, and then my instagram, (which was connected to my meta account) got suspended. I can’t even verify my age, because in the email, after I click continue, it just sends me to the accounts center. I’ve tried looking for solutions online, but meta has HORRIBLE support.
