Age verification

Im having a issue with my new quest 3s it asked me to submit my ID for age verification and I did almost 4 days ago and because of that it has restricted my wallet and I can't purchase anything.  I've looked into contacting support but can't get through to anybody it keeps telling me my s/n is invalid is there a way to speak to someone

    Make sure you are using the serial number that's on the box, not the one on the device. The headset and controllers have different serial numbers so the box has the number you need. Also try what Choleni says.
