I can connect and see my desktop but the lasers can no longer interact with my desktop. I used to be able to click on apps, drag windows etc but all I get now is the blue laser and view of the desktop.
Is this latest update issue?

I just tried it, and it is working. I think sometimes it glitches and becomes uninteractible. Maybe try rebooting the PC.
Have rebooted PC and HMD multiple times. Same outcome :(

1.Turn off Air Link in Quest settings
2.Restart your Meta Quest headset
3.Restart your PC
4. Re-enable Air Link
