Am I completely screwed?

Sorry, deffo a repeat post, but had no success.

For my main account that I've had since the Q1 came out, I am unable to log in. 
I have TFA via SMS set up and I'm sure I have used it before.   Unfortunately I don't think I did anything with recovery codes. 

Currently when I attempt to log in, it states it's going to send a SMS and then nothing. 

I do not think I am logged into the account on the web, so cannot edit anything on my account. 

I am logged in on the headset and when I attempt to add a new number for TFA, it get's through until it asked for my password and then it just keep popping the password prompt up. 
It is the correct password, but does nothing. 

I have this account, but the Meta Help Centre is not providing anyway to create a case for Meta, to look at this.  

So is there any hope for me, or am I just buggered?

    The WhatsApp option seems beeing a good way..... two days ago a user got resolved his 2FA issue within a few minutes using this method.

      Thank you, I could not find the chat options anywhere, this was solved over chat. 

      I am so relieved and was getting so frustrated with the Help Centre, that does not seem to link to these.
