Another problem with Quests and Rewards/ cant redeem meta points

Sane issue here and thought I was the only one. Clearing the cache/data and reinstalling does nothing. 

Hey, I understand you completely. I've had the same problem since the beginning of the week. I've also reported it, both via the app and to support. It's exhausting having to explain everything over and over again. And after every firmware update, there are new problems. I understand that firmware features are tested on different devices. But why are there such big differences on the same device? It's annoying and exhausting to have to report things over and over again.... 🤢

I recognize your nickname. Hey, what were you doing the other day at Horizon Central? You were building with the cubes there. I suspect you're the culprit. I have a screenshot of you, SnoopDre1, where you built a phallus at the entrance. I noticed it and thought it was strange. Now I've run into you here with this problem, which I've also had for days. May I ask what exactly you did there and how you did it? 

The issue persists meta. Please fix this. Im not the only one having problems.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound accusatory, but it could be that this is what caused our problem. It's interesting that both of us, who met on the server, are now experiencing this problem. I wonder if the other person was also on the server. Were you kicked off the server at the beginning of the week? Did you suddenly find yourself back in your home area? Something must have affected our account so that we are no longer properly synchronized. 🤔

And yes, I still have the same problem. Do you also find that there is a day in between the quests? So one day I have 5 tasks and the next day only 2, and this alternates daily?

Can confirm I did a bug report, spoke to Meta on WhatsApp who confirmed they are aware there's a problem and started a separate thread about this six days ago that has had no replies. 

Still doing the dailies but getting no points at all.

I've already written to support several times. Otherwise, I've reported it here and also reported it as a problem in the app. Now we just have to wait.

I just installed another update for version 85. Yesterday, I also installed the new version of Horizon Worlds on Quest 3.

Unfortunately, neither of these fixes has solved the problem so far. How are things looking for you

We are aware that this issue does not affect every account. I can redeem everything normally on my other account. It is only the one I primarily use that is affected. And it does not appear to be related to the smartphone app. Our accounts here have synchronization errors. The updates mentioned have not resolved the issue.
