Anyone help please

My left controller is glitching and it’s still under warranty. How can I go by submitting a claim to use my warranty. When I go through the game it’s always giving a technical difficulties error.

    Hey stiligFox,

     

    We would recommend taking part in a little troubleshooting first. Can you be more clear on what it is you're experiencing? 

    Also what device is it we are talking about as troubleshooting may be different for your device.

     

    In the meantime try and unpair then pair your controllers.

     

    Alternatively you can claim under warranty here
