App Review "Ghosted" (Hidden) after editing for Policy compliance - Support unable to help

Hi Community Team,

​I am hoping a Community Manager can help look into a moderation issue with my account that Support was unable to resolve.​

The Issue:-
My review for an app (SpatialVPN) is currently "ghosted." I can see the review as "Submitted" on my end (in the mobile app), but it remains invisible to the public on the store page. This has been the case for weeks.


Timeline of Events

Original Removal: My original review was removed for a policy violation (likely due to specific phrasing I used regarding the app's monetization).

Appeal Issue: I received an email stating I could appeal, but the link provided in the official email was non-functional/broken.

Support Confusion: I contacted Meta Store Support (Ticket #08746246). The agent incorrectly informed me that the developer had removed my review and that I had to contact the developer to resolve it. I know that developers cannot delete reviews, only report them, so this led to a dead end.

Current Status: I have since edited and rewritten the review completely. It now strictly describes the user experience and functionality (locking features behind an update) without using any accusatory language.
​Despite the review now being fully compliant with the App User Review Policy, the system seems to have permanently "shadowbanned" my review slot for this specific app.


Request:
Could a member of the team please trigger a manual re-check of my review status? I have tried to follow the rules by editing the text, but the automated system isn't putting it back on the public store.
