Is there a way to access a game owned by a guest account on my account (admin) because i bought both and own both accounts so i don't know why i cant just have it on my admin account. If not is there possibility of a refund?

no, you can't share from the guest account to the admin account.
You can refund a game if you have played it less than 2 hours and request the refund within 14 days of purchase.

But maybe Meta will be accommodating and you'll get a refund for the game on your guest account, even if you're not actually entitled to it... who knows.😉
