Appeal to disabled Facebook account. Please help

Dear Meta/Facebook customer service,

Could you please help me with this? My FB account has been blocked, and after review permanently banned (the only reason that sounded logical to me because I had to make a video of my face is that I am not myself as the requested info for the appeal? And then my face got rejected.. :(. but in honesty, I don't know with the general info that I received what has happened that I am permanently banned without any reason). Since this platfom is open, can someone please contact me so I can give you all the needed info? 
I seriously do need my account, and if I had done anything to warrant it, I would at least understand it. And I cannot appeal or contact FB in any way possible (since everything is linked to my account, and blocked automatically). Kind regards, Frouk

    We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.

    We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.

    For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.

     

    We will be closing this thread since there’s nothing else we can do to help.
