Applying software update stuck

I just got a new headset (meta quest 3) and it connects to the WiFi but when it reaches the update then it just restarts the headset. I’ve used multiple different networks, I’ve factory reset my headset, hard reset it and I tried to use the update tool but it doesn’t register the device. What do I do?
