apps/games updating failure on ethernet connection?
Hi, does anyone know why I´m not able to update apps and games on quest 3, while on ethernet connection?

- Check for Meta Quest Link specific issues (if using PC Link):
If you are using Meta Quest Link, ensure your PC and Quest 3 are on the same network subnet, the PC is unlocked and not asleep, and you have a strong signal strength. - Reinstall the Meta Quest App on your PC:
If you're using the PC app for Link, a corrupted installation could cause issues; try uninstalling and reinstalling it. - Disable firewalls/antivirus temporarily:
Your computer's security software might be interfering with the connection; try temporarily disabling them to see if it resolves the update issue.

thank you for your answer, however I use the ethernet cable directly in from internet to the headset.

While there are adapters that allow connecting the headset directly to a router, this isn't a supported feature from Meta. Your device might appear as connected but apps and games won't be able to update since it isn't a real connection.
