Are you serious...

So I got my meta quest 2 Christmas day,I played on it then took a long break,however after that long break I tried playing on it again and the meta quest logged me out of my account, and when I try to reconnect it it says the meta account doesn't exist,but I can log onto meta websites with it? I swear I've tried everything I could but it still won't work

Please help
