Audio

So one day im playing Animal Company vr while in a call with my friend. Nothing seems to be wrong for a bit then my friend starts ignoring me. I check and it doesnt register me talking. Do I leave the call and talk to him through game, and my mouth wasnt moving. Then out of no where my audio cuts out. No moving sounds, no weapon, utility, or items making sounds. I cant hear my oculus quest 3 turn on or off, cant hear anything in or out of game, and I cant hear anyone speak in call or out. Yet I cant even hear music from the meta browser while playing

If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me
