Bad Customer service

My Metaquest 3 had problem with the Bluetooth, they had problems before so they asked me to send them my metaquest but they sent me back another used ones instead of mine or new ones.

They don't have any wayt to talk to them except by chat, which is very annoying and slow to explain everything.

I really regret to have chosen Meta instead of a Playstation, because the customer service is rubbish.

I am not the only one who has technical problems

  • Meta, like most tech firms will send a refurbished device in a warranty replacement. You can be sure that the headset will work fine. You can contact human Meta support through the forum here. I can tell you from experience, you're not going to get great customer support on a Playstation, I had a nightmare experience with them. I have actually found Meta support to be far better. I'm not saying it's perfect and not saying you are wrong, just my experience has been very positive. I hope it all works out for you.
