Battery fail

Anyone else had a complete battery fail? Meta have been absolutely useless in resolving it. Quest only 18 months old and hardly used. They offered me an option to buy a new one!! 

there is also no official complaints procedure. So not only do they provide faulty goods, they don’t take any responsibility for it and you cannot complain. Brilliant
