Battery

I have Charged My Meta quest 2 For a 27 or more hours and the amount of charge was 15% And I don’t know what to do I have a 10 watt charge or a 20 i don't remember and i have  tried other areas in my house 
please help

    We just saw your post about the issues you're having with charging your headset, and we’d love to help. Since it’s not powering up as expected, we’d like to offer a few more steps to get this resolved and have you fully charged up again.

    1. Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours. The headset must be left powered off or in a sleep state during this time. 

    2. Try a different Cable/Charger; if possible, test the cable and charger (adapter) separately to determine the faulty component.

    3. Charge the headset without the facial interface. Some facial interfaces may block the proximity sensor which can impact the power of the headset.

    4. If you're using the Elite Strap with Battery or any third-party accessories that could affect charging or draw additional power, such as external battery packs, cooling fans, or similar devices, please disconnect them and try charging the headset again.

    5. Try charging from a different Source (another PC or different wall outlet).

    6. Has anything spilled on the headset?

    7. Make sure your headset is fully up to date

    8. Hard Reboot the headset

    • Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
    • If the boot-up sound is not heard, enter the USB Update Mode and select "Boot Device"

  •  -another one it regular be at 46%  I tried to  play it was at 1% Couldn’t even play i had it charged for 15 mins

      i just tried To play and it died ( i charged it for about 1 hour with 2,3,8 ima try 7 in a sec)
