Beta settings

dcs world I am trying to activate hand tracking but requires developer runtime to be enabled.Under Beta settings developer runtime does not show! only 3 items appear - 'Restart Meta Quest Link', Public Test Channel', Demo Mode

    It's been a bit since I did it, but I think you need to install the Meta Horizon app on your phone.
    Then when it connects to your headset, you can go into Headset Settings, then About (I think).
    Enabling Developer mode in the app, enables it in your headset settings.
