Big Referral Bug

I've had an issue since the beginning of the year where I can't redeem any referrals.

For device referrals, it says I need to spend some credit first, and then it gets redeemed without me receiving anything.

For game referrals, it just keeps loading and then throws an error. They don’t get redeemed at all. I currently only have 3 game referrals, but it's honestly really frustrating.

Can someone help me with this? It's seriously annoying.
