Black Screen After Factory Reset

Hello, my son all of a sudden got a spinning wheel of death saying they couldn't detect the boundary or whatever. After troubleshooting everything we did a factory reset, three times now, and it just boots to a black screen. We bought this back on July 9th through Amazon and bought the Asurion warranty on it, but figured I would try and reach out here to see what I can do. I cannot contact support because it won't let me seemingly because it wasn't bought from this site?

  • If it's an official product you should be able to get some support no matter where you bought it. I'm using my device in Turkey which isn't an officially supported country but they were very helpful with a software issue I had. The store support link is at the bottom of the screen and you can also contact them through the Meta phone app. Good luck !
