black screen of death

I was chatting with meta support for low memory ,and they walked me through a reboot and it caused a black screen . now wont do anything but fan is running for now. worked before the reboot.

    Rebooting the headset shouldn't cause a black screen. Try powering your headset off and on. You've already been in contact with support 🤷‍♂️.

      steve_40 Ahh, I miss the old days when we would get the blue screen of death. It was more colourful and interesting. 😜😁
