Black screen

I've recently bought the oculus 3s but yesterday I went to play it and the battery was totally dead I charged the unit but could only see a black screen I've help the power button to try and turn it off but it's like it's trying to reboot but sticking on the black screen. After a factory reset I got it back on but it's gone back to the black screen I've factory reset the until 3 times and it's gone back to the black screen every time
